Format Info:
Issued as standard picture sleeve, and as a limited edition gatefold. Both outside sleeves are identical, however, the gatefold features unique artwork inside. As well as different labels, and a plain black inner sleeve.

Track Info:
This 7" version is an edited version of the album/12" version. 'Same Old Story' is lifted directly from '9'.

Trivia:
Lu Edmonds, who had left the band by the recording of '9', receives a co-credit on both tracks, but does not play on them. Producer Steven Hague also receives a co-credit on 'Disappointed'.

A promo video was shot for the single. Directed by Mick Haggerty.
